Lettie Erasmus has a heart for the community since she relocated here 11 years ago. Her heart is to equip people with life skills so that they will be a self sustainable person, couple, and family in the community. It is her dream to help people to find the purpose for their lives in order to fulfil their goals so that they can live their lives to complete fullness. Her duties and responsibilities includes training of counsellors, co-ordinating & networking with other organisations and projects. She also provides counseling for teens, adults, and couples, to all races and ages.

Ronelle Joubert has been part of Hoedspruit community for the last 7 years contributing in every way possible to the uplifting of individuals, families and groups providing encouragement and guidance on living a full and sustainable life that will impact at all levels of the community. Her duties and responsibilities include being responsible for the administration and financial side of Healing Hearts. She facilitates courses in schools, such as No Apologies, and organises speakers to address problem areas in High Schools to help in the areas where there are needs. Lastly, she also provides counselling to teenagers and adults.

Sarie Mommsen has a passion for counselling especially when the anointing of Jesus breaks the yoke of the enemy, binding up the broken-hearted, proclaiming freedom and comforting all who mourn.
